Shannon joined the Texas A&M Simulation & Immersive Learning Center in September 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Operations Manager after four months. In this role, she oversees all financial responsibilities for all Sim Center locations, including managing standardized patient invoices, budgeting, forecasting, approving monthly expenses, processing expense reports, and reporting financial findings to management.
