Administrative Departments
This department leads Texas A&M Health's clinical initiatives and a comprehensive approach to both clinical strategy and education. Key items integrated through this department are population health management, primary care and interprofessional education beyond undergraduate medical education programs.
Compliance & Risk Management provides the infrastructure and resources necessary to ensure all Texas A&M Health campuses meet or exceed the highest possible standards regarding all state and federal laws, guidelines and procedures.
Health Information Technology (IT) is a strategic partner in developing and expanding information technology to support the educational, administrative, research, clinical and outreach missions of Texas A&M Health.
Finance & Administration is responsible for financial planning, budgets, reporting and other financial oversight areas highlighting direct involvement with Texas A&M Health Administration. Other areas previously served by the Finance Division are now overseen by Texas A&M University, and where this is the case, those areas are directed to the appropriate Texas A&M office.
Government Relations facilitates Texas A&M Health's participation in the public policy-making process at the state and federal levels, using strong linkages with The Texas A&M University System Office of Governmental Relations.
Texas A&M University’s Division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness oversees human resources for Texas A&M Health, supporting employees throughout their careers in teaching, research and service.
Marketing & Communications shares the story of Texas A&M Health with the world and equips brand ambassadors to do the same. Through strategic, integrated communications, this team helps strengthen the reputation of Texas A&M Health with key audiences while propelling the mission of the institution forward.
Operations & Facilities maintains policies and procedures used to deliver economical and safe environments in which to operate. Primary objectives are to provide uninterrupted facilities services to all Texas A&M Health campuses and to be responsible stewards of State resources.
