About

As a person-centered therapist, I believe every child and teen deserves a safe, welcoming space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach blends person-centered therapy with cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques, always tailored to each client’s unique needs and strengths.

I have a special passion for working with kids and teens navigating life changes, anxiety, stress, or behavioral challenges. My background as an academic coach, advisor, and educator, combined with years of experience in diverse professional environments, helps me connect with young people from all walks of life. I strive to create an atmosphere of trust and respect, where every client—regardless of background or identity—feels heard, valued, and empowered.

My goal is to help young people build resilience, strengthen relationships, and discover their own capacity for growth and happiness. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive care and believe that therapeutic relationships are the foundation for meaningful change.
