Ashley Andrews
Biography
Ashley started her simulation experience with the Texas A&M Simulation & Immersive
Learning Center in 2022 as a Standardized Patient (SP) Coordinator. In this capacity, she was
responsible for coordinating and managing daily simulation events in collaboration with the
College of Medicine - EnMed Program. This role enabled her to learn and implement best practices
in simulation while working with SPs to ensure a safe and structured learning environment for
learners. Over the past two years, Ashley has enhanced her understanding of simulation through
training with ASPE, SSH, and Simulation Professionals of Texas (SPOT), as well as by attending a
professional Healthcare in Simulation conference hosted by the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
In 2024, Ashley transitioned into the position of Houston Site Manager. In this role, she oversees all
daily operations of the Houston site. Additionally, she prioritizes maintaining strong customer
relationships and ensures timely and effective simulation practices.
