Mental health services and resources available to students at Texas A&M Health Science Center

Students at all locations can call the HelpLine
8–5 Monday through Friday: 979.845.2700.
Nights and weekends: 979.845.2700

The HelpLine can provide information, support, and referrals. (If you need to speak to someone face-to-face, go to the nearest hospital emergency room.) If the HelpLine is unavailable, the answering machine will give you emergency instructions, or local options are listed below:

Additional counseling resources for students in the College of Medicine

The College of Medicine provides access to private counselors to assist our students with their mental and emotional health needs. The school will pay for up to six free, confidential visits per academic year.
