A top priority of the Health Science Center and its staff is a complete and timely response to all questions and concerns about its programs. Customers who contact the Health Science Center can expect to be treated in a courteous and professional manner. Student-related requests or complaints are directed to the Student/Faculty Relations Committees, which consist of both faculty and student representatives. These committees meet regularly to identify and explore areas of student concern regarding the academic program and student life in order to provide the best possible environment for education.

If a more immediate response is desired, the customer should contact the appropriate Office of Student Services. Requests for information:

The Texas A&M Health Science Center measures customer satisfaction by allowing its customers to rate its services. Customers enhance the service standards by their survey responses. Each college distributes customer satisfaction surveys to all professional program students as a standard part of the graduation process. The survey has a series of questions; each has a rating scale from 1 to 5. Scores of 2 or below require customer suggestions for improvement, and will receive management response. The survey results are reported annually to ensure that the Health Science Center is properly serving the citizens of Texas by providing the best customer service possible.
