HR Liaisons are responsible for filling out the appropriate forms for resignation and termination in a timely fashion. The Outprocessing Checklist contains essential information for HR Liaison completion and walks you through the process. The Notification of Resignation/Termination Form should be submitted by the HR Liaison as soon as they learn an employee is leaving, even months or weeks in advance.
