Flu Vaccine Clinics (BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION CAMPUSES ONLY)

Texas A&M Health has partnered with H-E-B to provide influenza (flu) vaccines to Texas A&M University System employees, their eligible dependents, and retirees who are covered under the Texas A&M Care plan with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas at no cost.

H-E-B will be providing a discounted rate for those paying out of pocket: $39.00. Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, check with driver’s license or exact cash during the clinic.

There are several flu vaccine clinics scheduled for the months of September and October 2023 (see schedule below).

APPOINTMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED BUT NOT REQUIRED.

All participants should follow these steps to participate in the clinics:

    • Review the Vaccine Information Sheet (English)/(Spanish).
    • Click on one of the registration links below to schedule an appointment at your desired flu clinic location.
    • You will be able to complete the vaccine consent form online after selecting your appointment time.
    • Bring your pharmacy and medical insurance cards to the event.
    • Wear short sleeves or a loose-fitting shirt so sleeves can easily be rolled up to the shoulder.
