General compliance at Texas A&M Health Science Center and its component locations begin with adherence to federal laws, state laws, and Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) policies as well as our institution's guidelines.
Periodic compliance training is required of all TAMHSC employees and affiliates. Additionally, we strive to be stewards of the resources provided to us by the state and take care to manage our risk. Employees can report fraud and abuse by utilizing the EthicsPoint Risk, Fraud and Misconduct Hotline. This is not meant for reporting events presenting an immediate threat to life or property.
