Technical Support for Centra
While Centra is designed to work well in a wide range of desktop and laptop computing environments, there are situations where Centra Webconference Administrators or local information technology support staff may be of assistance:
- If you are having difficulty logging in to Centra, contact your campus or agency Centra Webconference Administrator.
- If you are having difficulty getting the Centra client to download or run, contact your campus or agency Centra Webconference Administrator or information technology support staff.
- If you are having difficulty with dropped or intermittant network connections or problems with your personal computer audio, contact your local information technology support staff.
- If you cannot reach your campus or agency Centra Webconference Administrator, you may also call TTVN Operations Centra Support at 979-862-2241 or email Centra_Support@kamu.tamu.edu.
Please note that some office and computer lab machines may be in a "locked down" configuration that prevents the automatic download or operation of the Centra client software. If you have difficulties getting started with Centra and you are working in an office or computer lab environment, you may want to discuss your use of Centra with your local information technology support staff.
