The Office of Information Technology will load, promote and license your Windows Vista operating system. The dates for the Health Science Center to release this new technology will be dependent on the following:

1. HSC Licensing will be available after June 1, 2007.
2. Licensing for the new Microsoft Office 2007 will coincide with the above date and we will prefer an upgrade of both Office and the Operating System at that time.
3. Security updates and release for our corporate antivirus is available.
4. A major service release from Microsoft including: a security update and a patch for known issues that occur.

5. A 95% compliancy of commonly identified user desktop applications.

New Systems with pre-installed Vista Operating systems will be reinstalled with Windows XP professional until the above conditions are met.
