When software is fully supported, you can expect that we will be able to answer most questions about that software, that we'll write and maintain support web pages, and that we might even write and teach tutorials on that software.

Following service commitments:

  1. Laptop support for both departmental and departmentally approved personal resources.
  2. Desktop support for state equipment, research foundation, private research grants, and personal resources attached to HSC infrastructure or those that use these services.
  3. Printers, network copiers and peripherals connected to your computer*.

* All equipment, personal or departmental, must be approved before connecting to HSC network.
