In an effort to provide the highest possible standard of computing support, we have assembled a consolidated support program that will provide faculty, staff and students with the most responsive and reliable level of support possible.

Help Desk Hours
7:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m Monday-Friday, a technician will be available to take your call.
Need After Hours Assistance?
If you call the Help Desk after hours an On-Call technician will be notified and will return your call shortly.
Our Service Commitment
- Inital response within 30 minutes
- Face-to-face response within 4 hours
- Complete resolution and or a viable alternative in place within 24 hours
