Viewing Tandberg Lectures
You may experience trouble downloading/viewing content using Mozilla Firefox or Netscape. The Tandberg Content Server (TCS) is most compatible with Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
Before attempting to view E-Learning/Blackboard content please download and install the following Windows Media Player codec:

After the codec has been installed you will now have access to all media content, including video feeds.
You should now login to E-Learning site and locate the content you wish to view. When located, simply click the link associated with your desired content and it will open a Word document with a link containing the Content Servers address. Click this link and login to the Tandberg Content Server with your class login.
You can now click the link located near the Windows Media icon next to your desired content for viewing. You may be prompted to Install ActiveX Control when accessing the content, make sure you click the highlighted ActiveX banner at the top of your webpage to complete this process if prompted. Also make sure your pop-up blocker is not blocking content from these sites.
You may experience slowness over a wireless connection when downloading content. Please make sure you are connected via a wired connection to insure the best connection speed possible.
