Tablet Service Levels are Based on HSC OIT Recommended Tablets.

Your level of computing is determined by the abilities of the current IT staff.

Only the following units will receive Full Service support from OIT.

  • Class 2014:  HP Elitebook 2740p
  • Class 2013:  HP Elitebook 2730p
  • Class 2012:  Dell Latitude XT & MPC E155C, E295C
  • Class 2011:  Gateway E155C & Toshiba Portege M400
