When to Contact Support Services

We have a help request ticketing system that you can utilize if you need assistance with Blackboard. Call OIT Support Services if you are having problems accessing Blackboard, if the system is down, or if you are having problems with your username and/or password.

If you call TAMHSC-OIT Support Services outside the normal business hours, wait for the voice message and press 0 to be transferred to the on-call technician. 

When to Contact Your Instructor or Course Designer

Contact your instructor or course designer if you are having the following questions:
  • Can't find course content or content is missing in course
  • Audio or Video lectures are not working or haven't been posted
  • Question about a quiz or a test
  • Question about grades
  • When will my course become available?
  • How do I submit an assignment in Blackboard?
