HSC Campus Operations Core Values

Reporting Authority

All Office/Divisions of HSC Campus Operations report to the Director. The Director reports to the Senior Executive Vice President and Controller which is located in the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration.

Administrative/Business Office

Administrative/Business office is responsible for personnel action, budgeting, accounting, and purchasing.

Sustainability & QA/QC

Sustainability and QA/QC is to develop, implement, and provide oversight of HSC energy management to provide engineering review for the entire HSC. This office is also responsible for annual QA/QC inspections and analyses of to identify utility trends.


The Environmental Health and Safety program is responsible to keep the HSC work and learning environment safe and healthy for all faculty, staff, students, and visitors through education, audits, and training.


The Security Office is responsible to keep the HSC work and learning environments safe and to provide customer service to all faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
