HUB Program & Procurement Services
Welcome

On behalf of The Texas A&M Health Science Center, Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Program and Procurement Services... welcome to our web site!
HUB and Procurement Services aims to provide a cost effective and efficient facility for the procurement and provision of a wide range of goods and services within specified limits of quality and cost. We are pleased to receive inquiries from any department looking for products, services or advice in general on any HUB or procurement matter. We also advise the Health Science Center community on all procurement requirements and proposed policies and strategies for their delivery.
Keep in mind that as a state-supported institution of higher education, the Health Science Center must follow the laws and procurement policies set forth in the Texas Government Code, Texas Administrative Code, the Texas Education Code, and the Texas Human Resources Code. As well, all procurement must comply with The Texas A&M University System Policies and Procedures regarding procurement code and participation by Historically Underutilized Businesses. Each procurement transaction must be fully documented, and documents retained in accordance with the A&M System retention schedule.
We hope that you will find this web site useful and interesting. However, if you have any questions regarding the HUB Program or the procurement process, please call the HSC HUB Program & Procurement Services Office at (979) 458-7282.
We look forward to serving you! Thomas Bosquez Director, HUB Operations, Procurement Services and HSC Contracts Officer
